My name is Robbie. I am the founder of OGMA Solutions. I have spent the past 8 years facilitating teams, leading people, and getting the best out of groups in different industries around the world, from Oil & Gas platforms in the North Sea to remote island projects in the far North West of Scotland. I have focused on qualifying in a process-driven facilitation technique that allows teams to communicate better.

I have the skillset to assist you in achieving your meeting objectives more efficiently. I understand the drawbacks of lengthy and unproductive meetings, and my approach ensures concise and productive sessions. By leveraging my experience, I can help your organisation reach its goals more seamlessly, swiftly, and profitably.

The OGMA process can be used for almost any scenario where groups and teams need to meet to discuss and explore a topic and agree on actions. So, for example, problem solving, continuous improvement, strategy planning, all benefit; and process facilitation is equally beneficial for small meetings and large interventions. How it works.
Step 1
Pre Workshop Discussion
You have a requirement. You identify a situation where you need to deliver a meeting, continuous improvement session or any event that requires a clear communication process.
To understand your objectives we will meet and walk through how best to use the time for you and your team. A pre-workshop work pack will be issued and we will be ready to deliver the day at your location.
Step 2
Workshop Delivery
During the build up and then on the day we look after all aspects of preparation and delivery leaving you and your team to focus all your energy on the content.
You tell us where you would like the workshop to take place and we will set-up as required.
Step 3
Post Workshop Report
We will issue you a post workshop report that documents all of the output from the session.
Fundamentally this will include actions that have been identified on the day. These are key for your team driving forward after our work is done.
